A: A video is between 40 and 60 seconds long.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: The delivery time of your order is a maximum of 2 to 4 working days.
Q: How can I get the video?
A: Your finished video will be emailed to you in MP4 format with HD quality.
Please also check your spam folder.
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: Currently you can pay with: VISA, Master, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.
Some payment methods will be added in the future.
Q: Can I change my order details after submitting?
A: You can email us if you have already completed your order. Be sure to include your order number!
